Request deletion of your data
Use the link below to send a request to delete personal data connected to your MoveIQ account.
How to request deletion
Select the button to draft an email to MoveIQ.
Include your name, the email address on your account, and the moving company that created the account.
State that you are requesting deletion of your personal data. Do not include passwords or identity documents in the email.
The moving company that created your account is usually responsible for customer and staff data. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate the request with that company. Some records may need to be retained by law; we will explain if that applies.
If the email button does not open, send a message to support@moveiq.se with the subject “Personal data deletion request”. You can also contact the moving company directly. Read the privacy policy for Android, iOS, or MoveIQ in general.
